Jim and Spock Stranded On A Planet?

Giving myself a massive migraine over a fic that I suddenly remembered out of the blue this morning and absloutely cannot find. I can't remember the title or the exact summary and it's driving me nutty!

Jim and Spock get stranded on a strange planet, something happens to Spock (can't remember if itwas instinct kicking in or something about the planet affecting him) and the Vulcan pretty much goes feral. He starts acting like an animal, scenting Jim, hunting for him, nesting with him in the cave they decide to call home until the Enterprise shows up, you get the idea (and yes, there were some very nice sexy times in that cave, too). Eventually, they get rescued, and one thing that I remember distinctly, is that Bones actually had to quarantine Spock because he was so out of it and no-one could get close enough to sedate him, and once Jim is back with it, he convinces Bones to let him in with Spock, where he sits down on Spock's lap and coaxes him into relaxing before sticking him with a hypo. Is this ringing any bells for anyone?

I've checked my Fanfiction account and my KSArchive account, both multiple times, but no lucl so far. I'm off to check AO3, but I'm not going to hold my breath. Hopefully the author hasn't taken it down.
