search for: jim and bones friendship/academy after the battle of narada

Looking for a story with jim and bones staying at the academy after the battle of the narada. Jim is restless and talks bones into taking a road trip. I is cross country to the old kirk cabin that only jim still visits. When bones enters the cabin he can see old photos of george and sam on the fridge, but none of jim. bones also sees measurements charting childrens growth, but none for jims growth.

The last night there,jim wakes bones up in the middle of the night and takes him out in his small boat.They go to the middle of the lake and stare up at the stars...and jim says something like "people just want to have someone to share things with"..something along those lines,

He had a phone conversation with pike begging him to have enough time to take this trip.

this is driving up a walll not being able to find this story...please help me out..thanks
