Kirk/Bones fic

I'm looking for a Kirk/Bones fic.  I'm pretty sure that they are involved in a romantic relationship by this post but there is a chance it could be just friendship.  The only part of the fic that I remember is that Kirk is in the medical bay and that he is hurt and cold.  Bones is on the biobed with him.  Kirk's head is in his lap.  Uhara comes down to check on Kirk and finds them like that.  She over hear Bones is trying to convince Kirk to let go so he can get him another blanket but Kirk doesn't want to let go.  Uhara goes and him another blanket.

The fic begins with some random crewman downloading a porn vid and then gets the shock of his life to find it's one of Spock nailing Kirk. After the initial shock, he finds it totally hot (who wouldn't!?), but then the reality of jacking off to thoughts of his superior officers and this is so wrong sets in. He goes to Sulu I think and shows him the video and eventually they take it to Kirk, who was pissed because he wasn't aware that he and Spock were being recorded during that hotel stay in Somewhere. I remember the fic mentions that the video has already been downloaded several hundred (thousand?) times before it was taken offline xD Kirk and Spock eventually film a new, deliberately-made sex tape (this time Kirk nailing Spock), and sends it to the crewmember as a thank you of sorts in the end. (If only all thank yous were this awesome.) That video was personally programmed by Kirk and Spock (so y'know, most secure, unhackable file ever) to be viewable only once before it deleted itself.

I'm almost positive I read this on KS Archive, though it might have been cross-posted elsewhere, who knows.

looking for a specific mirrorverse fic

In this fic, Mirror Kirk eventually sees how much better the federation is than the empire and at the end of the fic he calls a confab with the other captains and convinces them to work more like the federation works. I know there's a cross between his verse and either TOS or ST09, but I can't remember who it was or how. I'm sure they got home ok. I probably read this on LJ or KS archive and read it at least 2 years ago. It's a medium-long fic, complete.
