Bones/Jim reunion fic search

Hi all,
I'm looking for a specific nutrek Bones/Jim fic where Bones didn't become CMO of the Enterprise, to punish him and Jim for sneaking Jim on the Enterprise, and he's forced to serve somewhere else for a while. The two are separated for a couple years or something, and then reunited in a dramatic way-I just remember Jim coming into Bones' sickbay and the two of them kissing passionately in front of everybody. i am searching for a fic where spock was bonded to an older vulcan male who was very abusive. i'm pretty sure it was mpreg and eventual kirk/spock with possible miscarriage/mentions of miscarriage, and i think at one point spock got tossed down the stairs. sadly that's about all i remember.
