Kirk/Spock With Unrequited Kirk/McCoy

Hi, I am looking for a fic that starts with Kirk being in love with McCoy but it is one sided. Uhura ended her relationship with Spock and got together with McCoy. The fic follows the start of friendship between Spock & Kirk which then leads to a relationship and ultimate bonding between Kirk and Spock. I remember there was a piece where Uhura ends the relationship with McCoy after a fight about wedding plans or children after they get married? Then after Kirk & Spock's bonding ceremony McCoy walks away thinking that he should've given Jim a chance.

Anybody know this fic? It is driving me around the bend!
