Searching for fics where Spock gets assigned to another ship

I've been reading this awesome fic Xenophobia and I've been wondering if there are any other stories similar to this one out there.

I would love if it featured any of these scenarios:

1) Spock dealing with prejudice in his new work place

2) Spock being given his own ship to command and he takes the chance for whatever reason

3) The rest of the Enterprise missing their First Officer fiercely

4) It would be great if there was a fic where Spock was idolized for who he is (a hero, a famous scientist etc). I would give my firstborn to you if he was idolized by other Vulcans.

I prefer AOS but TOS is also fine. Spirk or Spuhura or gen or whatever, I have no problems at all.
