Joanna McCoy Stories?

Hi,

I've been looking for a story I read a while ago, it involved Joanna, Bones, and Kirk. I remember the three of them were having a picnic outside, I think Joanna when to through something away and she was grabbed and pulled into a van or something. I remember Kirk getting on a motorcycle and going after them, I don't think he had any shoes on or something like that. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I can't remember if it was gen, or slash. Could have been mccoy/kirk but not sure.

I am looking for a Kirk/Spock fic where Spock was sick/something wrong with him. the only thing I really remember is at the end where Jim says to Spock's dad, "we tried it your way now we are going to try it mine" (paraphrased)

Anyone know what story I am talking about?
