Hi all! I've really appreciated this community because nearly all of the unremembered/lost "looking fors" when answered point to awesome reads.

For me, all I remember is a snippet. Jim and Spock have just started a relationship, fraught with difficulty of course, and the two of them having come through some non-relationship plot also, where Jim then has to attend meetings at a starbase and is having drinks with other 'Fleet folks for political reasons but all he can think of is getting back to Spock. There may be some communication between minds, Spock may actually come to the bar to meet up with him. Does this ring a bell for anyone?

Alien wish

Hi, I've been looking for this story for forever so I would love it if you could help me find it. Basically aliens fuck up (can't really remember how?) and in return apologize by giving Kurt one wish. Basically he wishes for either Amanda to be alive or for Vulcan to be fixed, I can't really remember. Sorry there aren't more details.

Kirk/Spock Fic

I'm looking for a long lost Kirk/Spock fic that I believe was on FF not too long ago. It was a ridiculously long title along the lines of "Five Times Uhura thought Kirk was sleeping with someone and the one time he was" or something like that.

Uhura keeps making assumptions about Kirk having sex with people and runs to Spock only to get embarrassed when she discovers he's only eating chocolate with Chekov or crying to Pike about the death of his father on his birthday. Those are the only details I can remember and would appreciate any assistance in finding this work again as I've searched everywhere.

Epic Kirk/McCoy Academy Era Fic

Hey ya'll! I'm looking for a Kirk/McCoy academy era fic where it starts from the shuttle. There are a lot of original characters and, primarily deals with Kirk's trust issues and their budding attraction. McCoy is only person Kirk trusts, but McCoy doesn't think Kirk is attracted him, so they stay at friendship. Kirk is struggling with his trust issues to start a relationship with Leonard. It's kind of angsty, super super super long. They visit McCoy's grandmother at one point. McCoy is working on studying a virus, something goes wrong, and he gets infected and almost dies. I think he likes starts bleeding out of every orifice, and Jim does not take it well. Another primary character is McCoy's ex-girlfriend, who starts dating another woman. Jim and Leonard talk a lot about what love is and things like that.

The whole story is from Leonard's POV, but I think there's a sequel with Jim's??? And I think it was A03.
