I'm looking for a fic in the AOS universe that's mpregKirk/Spock and mpregMcCoy/OMC. Kirk gets attacked by a bear like creature on an away mission and the natives operate on him. They give him a fully functioning uterus and Spock impregnates him with twin boys. Later on McCoy stars a relationship with a male Vulcan. McCoy gets injured in some way and they go back to those particular people so he can get their advanced medical treatment. He gets a uterus as well and gets pregnant. Throughout the fic Kirk develops a relationship with his mother who then starts dating Pike. McCoy's ex wife dies leaving Joanna to move to the Enterprise with McCoy.
