Specific fic search: dub-con Kirk/Spock mind meld fic

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a fic that opens with Jim bragging to Bones about his relationship with Spock, except he can't remember the specifics of the sex. The reader later discovers, through a really hot, dub-con sex scene, that Spock has been manipulating Jim's mind so that Jim will become more submissive and desire Spock as the aggressor in their relationship. Spock then further manipulates Jim's mind so he doesn't remember the details, which is why Jim didn't actually know what he was bragging about. I'm pretty sure it's an AOS fic, although TOS is also possible.

Anyone know the story I'm talking about?

Two Old TOS fics - novel length

I am looking for an old fic where Jim was captured and tortured for information about the Federation. We come into the story after the fact. He was given back to the Federation because he 'broke' and they had a recording of him admitting that. He is physically damaged from this, but is upright and able to walk. I don't remember many details about the middle of the story, but it ends with him being the hero again. When he was captured he knew he would break and made himself memorize - over and over - lies and fake information. He did break, but gave them the wrong info. One of the things he told them was that the federation had empaths? psychics? working for them and when there was a confrontation between the Enterprise and the bad guys he had a young man with a grave face sit in view of the cameras and act like he was reading their minds/emotions. I believe they were wearing tinfoil (or something similar) hats.

The second story has Kirk and company being captured. There is somebody else with them - I don't remember if it's an original character or something that is an ep or two, but he's not part of the regular cast. They are kept in a cave, I believe. Kirk acts angry and disillusioned and like he's going to betray them. The whole group believes it (except maybe Spock and Bones) and then he is transported away. It turns out the bad guys have an empath sensing their emotions and Kirk needed them to believe that he was going to betray his people so he could get the upper hand. One thing that sticks out is that Kirk uses songs because music heightens emotion and the character I mentioned at first is astounded at the emotions Kirk put himself through - recounting horrible memories and stuff.

I've been looking for both of these for years and just discovered this community. I hope someone knows them!
