I'm looking for this fic I read a while ago, idk if it was on AO3 or FF. I don't remember how but Jim got like super sick and at some point he was really delusional and he woke up in med bay and thought he was on an enemy ship. He like ran through the ship and ended up in the transporter room I think... He messaged Bones and Spock and they realized he was hallucinating and I think he passed out as they got to him.
