I can't find it 8|

SO! I've been obsessively searching for a fic for the past few days and I can't find it anywhere. The plot was I think a "Five times and one time" kind, where the crew are protecting Jim from getting hurt and the one time they thought he was dead or screwed or something and he wasn't. Like I remember three things:

There was a dance and Jim was dancing with some important woman, and then he takes a bullet for her and he brushes it off till he gets back to the ship where he like is actually very hurt.

The Crew starts restricting what he can do, like "No away missions without such and such" "no diplomatic such and such" and are keeping a list.

And the last thing is Jim gets like kidnapped by a group of really nasty guys(I think on his own ship and they are in the cargo hold) and the crew is freaking out because Jim is as good as dead or something, and they find him and he's playing poker with the guys and totally solved the problem and is perfectly fine.
