Jim/Bones

I read this story on fanfiction.net. Dr. McCoy loves to examine Jim. He makes up reasons to give Jim exams and always in private. He really loves Jim's body. He gives him like 7 prostate exams. At the end he pulls Jim into his office and starts to give him a prostate exam which turns into something else. Jim is into it and he tells Bones that he owes Bones 7 profound prostate exams.
Any help in finding this would be much appreciated!
