kirk/bones mobster au

Hi, I'm trying to find a fic set in an au mob verse with warring families. Bones was the head of one family and ran a hospital. Pike was the head of a rival family. Kirk was pikes adopted son or ward. pike took him in after kirks father was killed by someone believed to be in bones clan. Kirk is injuried somehow and ends up in bones hospital and them meet, fall in love and meet in secret. kirk becomes pregnant and pike finds out and is on the war path as someone defiled his little boy. any help would be great as I can't find it in my bookmarks and my web searching isn't helping. thanks!
