Looking for uber funny McCoy/Kirk fic

 Hello first time poster here and I am looking for a McCoy and Kirk story.  I am kicking myself for not saving the name or author even though it was hilarious.  Heres what I remember:  It was more of a friendship maybe pre-slash story between Kirk and McCoy set in the Academy days. Kirk was trying to "find" himself while at Academy and joining all these school clubs.  Eventually Kirk winds up the President of this......retro, drinking club (the way I remember it he went around dressed as rapper Vanilla Ice....I could be wrong).  Eventually McCoy does his thing and winds up staging a one man intervention for his friend.  I don't remember Spock in this story.

Oh and its told from McCoy's POV.

Anyway please hep me find this fic, since I am obsessively thinking about this very funny story....you know when I should be doing school stuff.
