Turnabout Intruder fics?

I'm looking for a story, but the problem is, I can't give any real details, because I'm almost certain that I have more than one mixing in my head.  So basically, I'm looking for any stories set directly after Turnabout Intruder.  Specifically, dealing with the effects of Lester's tampering with Kirk's body.  I think what I'm looking for is a first time story, but I'm not positive.  Major hurt/comfort themes are also remembered.  (But I would imagine that goes without saying.)  Any help will be gratefully accepted. Please?

Oh, and feel free to list zine stories as well, even if they haven't been re-posted on the web.  One never knows, after all.  Thanks so much!

Edit:  I did manage to remember one detail: Kirk decides to talk to Janice Lester in sickbay.  I think it was McCoy's idea?  I seem to remember that he comes back out shaking, or at least deeply disturbed.  He also seems to think that talking to her might just make things worse, instead of helping.
