Misunderstanding K/S Fics - Reboot!verse

So there are plenty of fics where Jim does something to fuck up and the crew/Spock don't let him explain and automatically assume he was in the wrong and turn against him/are on Spocks side.

However, are there any out there where it's kinda the opposite? Where Spock might be/is in the wrong and the crew rally to Jim's side instead?

I think the closest I can get to what I want is this fic; Misinformed.

But I'd prefer no Nyota bashing if possible? I do like her character, just not with Spock or Jim lol if the story has it though, I'll still read it, as long as the plot is still kinda along the lines of what I'm looking for ^^ doesn't have to have a happy ending either, though I would prefer it lol
