Looking for fic!!! (K/M/S)

Need some help finding a certain fic with the pairing Kirk/McCoy/Spock.

Storyline: Kirk and McCoy are in a relationship, but one day, the doctor walks in on Kirk cheating on him with Spock. McCoy is heartbroken and then confronted by Spock who threatens him to stay away from the Captain, and then proceeds to physically assult the doctor in the middle of sickbay.

McCoy leaves the enterprise and returns to Earth to work with Starfleet there. When discussing the situation back on the ship, Kirk and Spock come to a revelation--they need McCoy to complete the relationship (all three together are T'hyla or what not). Spock realizes his mistake in sickbay when he accidentally formed some sort of bond when they touched, and Kirk never fell out of love with the doctor in the first place.

So. Kirk and Spock both agree they are in love with McCoy and go off and search for him. Eventually, they corner the doctor at his apartment on Earth. Turns out that since he left the ship, he's been having headaches (I think). Captain and First Officer convince the doctor to join their little relationship and complete the three-way bond.

(The pairings started out as Kirk/McCoy, then Kirk/Spock, and then procceded to Kirk/McCoy/Spock. Can't remember if it was rated R or NC-17, because there were sexual scenes involved.)
