Searching for a lost story

I was hoping someone could help me locate a story? What I recall from it is Kirk is kidnapped by Terra Prime and take somewhere blindfolded while he was out walking in the quad of the academy. Then he is rescued and but he has issues from the experience and Bones is there to help him. Any help would be awesome!
