Kirk/McCoy fic search, with exasperated!Pike

I'm pretty sure I've had to go looking for this fic once before, but that was two years ago and my brain doesn't go back that far. :P

In the scene I'm thinking of, McCoy is yelling at Pike about making Jim captain of the Enterprise, saying that Jim's got a martyr complex, or rampant narcissistic tendencies - something like that - and that Pike's just given Jim the biggest stage to act on, before McCoy's been able to convince him he has something to live for(??) What? None of that makes sense in that order, but that's because I can't remember the conversation correctly, so I'm not exactly sure what they're fighting about...

Anyway, McCoy's comm has been hacked by Jim, and he was listening in the whole time and overhears McCoy's argument, and in hearing it realizes that he's in love with McCoy. McCoy's horrified that Jim heard him, but he goes back to their dorm and they get together. Or they were already together...

I thought it might be Two Men and a Motorbike, but I couldn't find the scene I was thinking of. *shrug*

Bah. I hope that's enough to trigger someone's memory, because mine's exhausted!
