Kirk in a relationship with Spock Prime

Hello, I'm looking for a reboot AU fic. Spock Prime might have tried to get Spock to be with Jim but I'm not sure on that. New Spock doen't want anything to do with Jim other than work stuff and stays with Uhura-they may Bond-not sure on that bit. I think Sarek doesn't like her but it's not because she is human, her attitude maybe. Jim stays close with Spock Prime. I don't know what happens but Jim ends up in a relationship with Spock Prime and they may Bond. I get a vague bit where Spock Prime tells New Spock he is a fool and if he doesn't want Kirk that he is more than willing to take him. No idea if Jim leaves the ship or if Spock Prime joins the ship. I think at the end Spock realises what he gave up. Might be a different story but Spock Prime may get de-aged somehow so he is close to Jim's age. I had thought it was 'With Tears' but it's not. Thanks for the help.
