New Empathic Species K/S Fic

Back again. Anyway, this time I'm looking for a almost First Contact K/S fic. Here's a short summary of what I remember:

Enterprise crew, most likely ST:OS and not ST:AOS though not really sure, is working on a treaty or something with a new empathic species. There's also a delegation from Vulcan working with them that includes Sarek. Anyway, this species can see or more likely feel emotions from sentient beings and are confused, maybe scared, by Vulcans since they can't feel those emotions from the Vulcans. It isn't until they feel the emotions of Spock towards Kirk do they start believing Vulcans aren't scary. There's also this scene of Sarek, maybe with Spock, meditating in a outdoors and the aliens are amazed at how he releases his emotions out into the air.
