Looking for a prompt/fic

st_xi_kink's kink meme, a prompt was posted asking for Kirk/Spock, wherein something happens on an unknown planet that causes Spock's telepathy to go haywire. I vaguely remember a description of Spock screaming and grabbing his head, possibly bleeding from the ears/nose/etc.
It wasn't a filled prompt when I saw it, but that was days ago and I can't find it anymore. Can anyone help?
