Post STID Jim Amnesia fic

I'm looking for a fic I read a while back when I first got into this fandom and didn't know enough to bookmark anything. Anyway, I remember that Jim wakes up from being dead and his two week coma and Bones is there with him, but Jim doesn't remember him at all. I remember that Bones is heartbroken...but that's all I remember about it. I'm pretty sure it was a one shot.
Hope someone out there knows this fic and can help me out with the name and where it was posted.
