McCoy-centric requests!

A few requests, please...

1) So, I re-read this fic recently: Yesterday by Jane Carnall, and now I have a hankering for Spock/McCoy or Kirk/Spock/McCoy fic where-in McCoy feels like a third-wheel and unwelcomed; like he has this great unrequieted love that he believes isn't returned. Though I would like to see that love returned ('cause dangit, McCoy needs some loving~!), I guess I wouldn't actually mind too much reading a fic where it isn't returned, too. (Mostly 'cause I'm in a melancholic mood as of late.)

2) I don't even know if such a fic exists, but after reading the book Doctor's Orders I've had a want for Captain!McCoy fic with First Officer!Spock, of which I'm pretty sure there isn't any, but then I don't really peruse the General Fiction category of this fandom all that often.

3) And lastly, I really want a fic that centers around McCoy's promotion to full Commander, which I know happens sometime in the last 2 years of the 5 year mission. Because when I learned about this, I figured it was a handed down field promotion, but now after seeing the Kobayashi Maru test, I'm wondering if maybe he had to go through some doctored (excuse the pun) test set by his superior officers (Kirk and Spock). And I can totally see that blowing up in their faces when/if McCoy figures it out, and then Drama occurs.

Oh, thank you! This is exactly what I wanted to read! It may not have been about his promotion to Commander, but it was just the type of scenario I was looking for! *hugs*
