I'm looking for a mirror verse fic where McCoy is in a relationship with Kirk but Kirk impregnates Joanna. McCoy runs away to be Pike's Physician after killing Joanna to free her from Kirk. I feel like this is a relatively new fic that I just forgot to bookmark.
