K/S Unintentional Bond?

I'm looking for a fic in which, after the destruction of Vulcan, Spock unknowingly establishes a bond with Jim. When Jim makes romantic advances and Spock rejects him, Jim grows progressively sicker, but Spock experiences the best health of his life. When Spock realizes what's happening, he establishes a meld with Jim and essentially pulls him back from the brink of death. There was quite a bit of Bones being protective of Jim, as well. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I read one that isn't K/S (it's a really strong friendship fic), but it has the other elements you described. It's called 'Not Light but Warmth' (http://www.sttos.net/sttos/eng/stories/sahsheer/light.html).
