Mirror!Verse Fic

Hey. I'm looking for a series. I read it awhile back, but forgot to save it... I'm rather saddened.
It's a Mirror!Verse fic, Kirk/Bones. Bones doesn't want it, but something happens to his ex-wife, and he becomes Kirk's... consort? (there's a term, but I can't remember) to protect his daughter. There are three points of the series that I remember really well: Jim takes Joanna out for ice-cream, Jim has Bones make/brew this virus and hypos Bones with it so that this admiral that's coming aboard can't have his way with Bones, and at some point when Joanna's older, Jim ties Bones to a chair and makes Joanna watch as he uses the agonizer on him. Of course, Kirk is also really possessive of Bones, but that may go without saying.
Also, any Mirror!Verse fics that anyone has, I'd love to read. I don't care about the pairings, or if it's gen.
