Search unsuccessful...please help

Okay...I have been looking for a certain fic for ages...but I don't remember the author or the title. The last time I read it, it was still WIP. It's about Kirk having no choice but to accept a mission that starfleet gave him in order to save thousands of lives. He had to sleep with a certain important figure in order to obtain medical assistance or something. He was not allowed to tell anyone of the mission. He did sleep with the guy and since he was in a established relationship with Spock, he was afraid of what will happen. Spock leaves him after finding out. The crew is conflicted because of the strain between them. Only Mckoy and Chekov still believe in him. When Mckoy finds out the truth, he leaves with Jim when Kirk finally decides that the Enterprise is suffering because of him as Captain. I think the last thing I remember reading is Kirk hoping to see Spock one last time before he and Mckoy board the shuttle that flies them off the Enterprise.

I don't think so...it's sounds like it, but Kirk wasn't raped. And only Mckoy left with him.
