I remember reading this a while back, and I haven't been able to find it since...

Kirk and Sarek somehow end up in the same bed, and Kirk tops a sleeping Sarek. When Kirk realises what is happening, he freaks that he is raping Sarek. He runs off and finds McCoy, who reassures him, and then Kirk goes back to continue.

There was something there about Vulcans never being completely unaware, so Sarek knew what was happening and was consenting.
