searching Bones fic

So there's a fanfic I once read, now I can't find it anymore =(
Bones is making out with an nurse or just female crew member in the corridor i think and is a bit untypical rough to her (swearing, etc..)
And I think Sulu watches them and somehow likes it. ^^

I'm currently looking from a fic centering around Kirk from an outsider point of view.
It can be from a member of his crew, of his family or from anybody else really...

Recent Pike/Winona Kirk fic

There was a recent fic in which Jim overhears Pike reaming out Winona Kirk while Pike's in the hospital when Pike's first back on earth.  Any recollection of where I can find it?

Crossover search

Have there been any crossovers with these shows?

1: Battlestar Galactica. Both shows have canon multiple Earth copies in varying stages of development, so it's vaguely possible.

2: Merlin. I've never watched the TV show, but someone's "Once and Future Captain" Kirk icon got me thinking about Spock as Lancelot (or Merlin?)
