I feel like such an idiot for not remembering this fic's title, but it's girl!Kirk/Spock, a five times fic (I think) which includes mentions of girl!Kirk having her tubes tied at 19, shaving her head on Tarsus and being stuck in a turbolift and after the crew making sure she's never alone in one.

Ring any bells for anyone?
