Spock as a black panther

Help, please!

I remember, ages ago, reading this story where Kirk and Spock were possibly kidnapped? At any rate, they were stuck on some alien world (possibly artificial?), with Spock transformed into a black cat. I don't remember if he actually was a black panther, or some alien creature that looked like a black panther, but I remember that he retained some of his faculties, although not all of them.

As far as I recall, Kirk and Spock traveled quite far to get... somewhere.

Does this ring a bell with anyone else?

I don't even remember enough about this fic to even try to tag this request.

Bones and Scotty as Romance Writers

This is driving me nuts. I remember a story but can't find a link anywhere for it. The basis was that Scotty and McCoy were writers of a certain romance novel series. Jim is a huge fan of the series and joins a book club for it with the other ladies on the Enterprise. Slowly everyone starts to realise that the main characters are actually Jim and Bones, but not clueless Jim of course.

I thought it might have been on the kink meme.
