Hi, This is for a story, that I think is a one-shot or at least only a couple chapters long. It reminds me of Observations by jAnon. Basically Spock has a diary. Over time falls in love with Kirk. Loses it. Kirk returns it to him with the message of "See me" written at the end. I can't remember more. Any help would be great. Thanks. :)
