I believe it had a title '5 times kirk kissed Spock'. It had Spock fainting (due to something in their environment) and while Kirk had his team leave he stayed with Spock and kissed him while he was unconscious.

I cannot remember the name (obviously~) so I figured after some desperate googling, I'd ask you fine folk. Its a Voyager fic--Paris/Kim

Tom and Harry are on a planet doing...something, idk, and they get hurt. So badly, that there's no time to get them to Voyager, so the people there use their technology and their plasma to save them. It works--but it alters Tom and Harry irrevocably. They switch back and forth between being fully male and fully female (which is the natural form of the Alien species they were visiting). Its triggered by strong emotions.

And IDK if this will help but--one of the scenes has one of them as a girl discovering that they are *fully* functional as female--as in--their period has started. And to alleviate the pain and the spike in hormones, she (I THINK its Harry...) uses a vibrator to get off? I can't remember all the details, but yeah. Sorry for the TMI~

Honestly, this fic was really good, at least, I remember it as being really good, and I had it bookmarked, but a computer crash wiped them all out. I've been slowly rebuilding ever since.

You can bet I'm building a Delicious page now of all my fave'd stuff but I need to find them first!
