I believe it had a title '5 times kirk kissed Spock'. It had Spock fainting (due to something in their environment) and while Kirk had his team leave he stayed with Spock and kissed him while he was unconscious.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? Thanks!

There are quite a few 'five times' fics, but I can't remember a match for Spock fainting due something in the environment. Perhaps it is somewhere on this list (http://www.delicious.com/kirkspock/plot%3Afivethings)?
