Gaila and the Orion culture?

I'm looking for any fic out there that involves not only Gaila as the main character but also where it goes in-depth about her and her culture and why she chose to be in StarFleet and all that.

I'm looking for some interesting commentary and good writing behind her being an Orion in Starfleet to be blunt.

Whether the fic is general or has her in a relationship, I'm happy with either way.

I am looking for a Kirk/Spock fic. Spock doesn't know how to cuddle and wants to know why it's such a big deal. Eventually Kirk shows him. Cute seen with being a big spoon versus little spoon. Hints that Uhura and Bones would hook up as they are not post-sex cuddlers.
