Apartment Spock!

Hey everyone! I just got back from boot camp a week ago and guessed who I met there? A fellow Star Trek fan! And she loves k/s! Of all places! Anyway, we'd gush about fics we've both read and we thought of one where Spock was afraid to leave his apartment, but neither of us could think of the author or title. It's one of my favs. Any help?

Also, I had to get a new computer and I lost all my bookmarks. So any k/s fics you can think of will be greatly appreciated.

Awesome Kirk?

I'm hoping you good folks might rec me some TOS fics where Kirk is awesome. You know, fic you come away from saying "Yes! That's why they gave him a star ship!" It doesn't need to be the whole fic - that could get into Mary Sue territory all too easily - but something with at least one scene where Captain James T. Kirk demonstrates that, yes, he really is that good at his job.
