Kirk as lawyer, Bones as his fed-up clerk....

I'm looking for a fairly recent fic whose bookmark I seemed to misplace. Kirk is a disorganized lawyer, and Bones clerking in his office while going to college. Bones eventually loses his cool and quits due to Kirk's inherent inability to manage his life (and perhaps due to the unresolved sexual tension between the two). The fic, of course, ends with the UST being resolved in a most, err, satisfying manner. Can anyone assist? The story was hilarious, and I really want to read it again. Thanks!
