Teenage Spock/kirk

Two stories:

1. Kirk wants to start a band (bones, Chekhov and uhura?) and Spock who lives next door just wants them to stop the noise. He becomes friends with kirk and joins the band eventually. I think the band was called 'captain kirk and his crew"

2. Spock is new to kirks school, they have a instant connection but Spock is a virgin and shy. When they do get together some how the whole school finds out, Spock believes it was jim bragging to his friends that he slept with a Vulcan but he is innocent and loves Spock.

It's driving me up the wall trying to find the fic in my bookmark list of doom @n@ So, from what I recall: Jim works at this cafe/bar place I think to earn the cash to pay academy fees, and Spock comes in one day and keeps coming back, so they strike up this friendship.

-headdesk- ...Yeah. So not much to go on with.
