Post Narada with mention of Tarsus fic

Hi,

I'm looking for specific story I've read few months ago. I don't remember much but one scene stuck with me. It was after Narada incident. Enterprise was limping back to Earth. Jim Kirk yelled at Admirality because they were cheap and didn't want to send neccessary supplies aka food. I think there was something about Kirk not wanting to be next Kodos because there wasn't enough food for crew and rescued Vulcans (Elders and children).
