Kirk/McCoy, aliens make them get married

Looking for a fic I read a few months ago, in which aliens make Kirk and McCoy get married. IIRC, they refuse to negotiate with Kirk because he's unmarried, and he pretends to be engaged to McCoy. Public consummation ensues.

McCoy has a line that goes something like "...and now I get to consummate my sudden marriage in public on a straw mat with a teenager in attendance." (that stuck out for me :P)

I don't remember where I read it, but it was a fairly short one-shot. Eternal gratitude to anyone who can find it for me.
