Recommendations for Spock Prime fics with Jim

I read Constant by Kyliselle, and was wondering if there are any other fics that are similar? Where Spock Prime is all fatherly to Jim?
Or treats Jim very well, being understanding and attentive and all that, and Spock gets jealous!

I've already looked through the last fic searches like this one, and read some of what they offered. I don't mind who she gets together with as long is there is no femslash. Also, no graphic sex. Academy era

I`m looking for a Kirk/McCoy Academy Era fic. I remember that McCoy is having problems with one of the fight classes. During the classes, he finds that the instructor is having some kind of medical trouble, but the instructor doesn't want to believe it because she thinks that McCoy is only trying to get pay back for his bad grades. It could be one of Mijan's works, but I can not find it.

I've been looking for a fic I read a while ago for months. Kirk and McCoy were married and ended up in trouble because of it. They had a trial (court martial?) and ended up having to be on a space station for several months but could only get together for some meals. I think if they had not officially acknowledged their relationship they would not have been in trouble but they didn't see the point. Kirk was assigned to do some computer programming/debugging. Once they finished their time at the station they were going to be allowed back on the Enterprise.

Does anyone remember this story?
