Still looking for a specific McKirk fic

I've been looking for a fic I read a while ago for months. Kirk and McCoy were married and ended up in trouble because of it. They had a trial (court martial?) and ended up having to be on a space station for several months but could only get together for some meals. I think if they had not officially acknowledged their relationship they would not have been in trouble but they didn't see the point. Kirk was assigned to do some computer programming/debugging. Once they finished their time at the station they were going to be allowed back on the Enterprise.

Does anyone remember this story?
