Kirk/McCoy fic

Hi guys,

Does anyone remember a fic where slaves belong to houses, and McCoy is bought as a scribe or something into a House that is owned by Nero, and he has tattoos on his back? There he meets Kirk, and they begin a relationship.  Kirk only belonged to the House because Nero burned his home down and there were hints of non-con. The other supporting characters make an appearance as well, and I think they try to take Nero down? I know it's vague, sorry!  I think it was based off dystopian fiction where slaves and prostitutes belong to Houses. I've added the hooker tag since I'm pretty sure it's along those lines.
