Kirk thought dead, but in reality a slave

Greetings. I haven't been in this fandom in ages, so this story is likely at least 5 years old.

I don't remember much, except this; everyone thinks Kirk is dead, has been dead for years, until Spock finds him, filthy and starving at a slavecamp or something. As far as I recall nobody believes him at first, because Kirk's in such bad shape.

Does this ring a bell with anyone? It bugs me that I can't remember anything more about it. I'm pretty confident it's Kirk/Spock, though. Also, I feel mostly sure it falls into the second five-year mission time-frame, but I might be way off on that one.
