specific OLD story, K/S, angsty, post-amok time?

I'm pretty sure the story takes place after Amok Time, because Kirk is in trouble for diverting the ship to Vulcan. He also gets sick, I think he was poisoned by the blade? But the real story hinges on the fact that Spock, in reaction to all his ~emotions~ puts up some mental blocks to totally lock Kirk out, and they both react really badly to it. Spock doesn't think Jim would even be able to tell, but it really hurts him, and then Spock has trouble removing the blocks. It's angsty and pretty long and there's a really awful Starfleet official who's super mean to Kirk and basically says in front of a bunch of people that he thinks Kirk screwed up his duty in order for his boyfriend to get laid. And it all takes place at some summit or conference. McCoy's around a bunch.

I read it online, but it's possible it was originally published in a zine. Seriously, I think I read it back in 2000 or something, and I'm not sure it was new then.

ST and STID with a Kirk/Spock pairing?

Hello I'd really love to see some Fics that follow the events of the recent movies but with a Kirk/Spock pairing.

I'd also love some recs for good, long, intense reads, the absorbing plot driven, filled with character development Fics that suck you in and don't let you go until they're finished. Don't care if they are a hundred words, a hundred thousand or more, I'd just love some good Fics right about now.

Would love any Kirk and Spock end up with a kid, mpreg, adoption whatever. Anything goes apart from rape please. X

Feel the need to read a few Into Darkness Fics that focus on the crews feelings when they heard Kirk was dead, what went through their minds before they realised they could save him, happy endings only though please, not in the mood for heartbreakers. ^_^ xxx
