hecateskissIt's been bothering me for about a week... I can't find what I suspect is a rather well known fic. I know it's AoS/Abrams-verse.
Amanda is either on Earth when Vulcan is destroyed, or Spock manages to grab her. However, Sarek does not survive. Amanda, as an Ambassador's wife, ends up working the diplomatic angle with, I want to say Galia as an aide? She works to make the Federation's people sympathetic for the plight of the remaining Vulcans. Oh, there's a Vulcan who is appointed to the Council that absolutely loathes Amanda. This causes problems for Amanda in particular later on.
Pretty sure this is a K/S piece as well. Any help would be appreciated.
