Looking for Kirk has a kid K/S fic

I'm looking for a fic where Kirk has a half-Vulcan child on the ship, but no one but Bones knows. It starts with Spock and Uhura together and Uhura being a major bitch, insubordinate to Kirk, and Spock not stopping her. Then when Sarek and a Vulcan healer come on the ship, Sarek tells Spock that he is letting Uhura get away with being insubordinate when he should be chastising her in his position as First Officer. The Vulcans also find out about the child and confront Kirk thinking the child is full Vulcan and should be on the colony. Eventually Kirk and Spock end up together. There is a scene where Uhura is coming back from her don't-be-a-bitch classes and she sees Spock with the boy and realises that means Kik trusts Spock with his kid and they are together.
