Angsty Bond Fics (hurt!spock)

I have such a craving for bonding fics and I want them to hurt Spock. Rejection, physical effects, internal angst, blocked bonds, broken bonds, anything and everything as long as it hurts. Preferably with a happyish ending, but not required. Kirk/Spock is ideal, but any pairing will do. Any suggestions for some good Spock angst bond fics? Thanks!

So I posted this same request a week or so ago, but I still haven't found it (it's not Spice)

I'm looking for this fic where the five year mission is over and Jim has been promoted to admiral. He's stuck in a desk job that he hates and he's basically miserable (theres also a female admiral working in his office I think?) So him and spock confess feelings and stuff and then it flashes forwards to Jim's wedding, where it turns out he's not marrying spock but instead the woman who was working in his office
